Please arrive with freshly washed skin. This allows for more time during the treatment.
Come prepared with your skincare ritual. If you use it on your skin, I need to know! Make a list, pictures are fun but can take longer to flip through. We want to be mindful of your time.
Avoid at home exfoliation and waxing/shaving 2 days prior to your appointment time.
Book your laser/filler/injectables 1 week before your service, or plan it after your facial.
If you are doing laser hair removal, please schedule your treatment 2 weeks before or after your laser appointment if treated the facial area.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your appointment time.If you arrive early, it does not mean I can take you any sooner.I schedule my appointments with checkout time and sanitation between guests.

All treatments excluding microcurrent, high frequency and select peels are completely safe any concerns you may have will be discussed before the treat begins. Please feel free to ask any questions during the consult time or make a note on your intake form. -
Everyone’s time is valuable, I ask that you provide a 48 hour cancellation notice for any rescheduling or cancellations or your appointment will be charged in full. Thank you!
A client with three cancellations in a row risks being limited from booking future appointments or required prepayment for the service.

If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment I will have to shorten your treatment time so that another guests time is not cut into. You will be charged for 100% of the service booked.
If you fail to no show to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. The card on file will be charged at the missed appointment date and time. This fee can not be put towards future appointments.

Gift certificates are non refundable. They expire 1 year from the issue date.

At Western Sky, my priority is to offer the highest quality of service for each individual client.
As such, during any appointment I do not allow any guest not receiving services to accompany you to your service.
